About the Program

The Youth Diversion Program is a restorative and developmental experience designed to empower young people to make positive life choices and build the skills necessary for long-term success. Throughout the program, youth will be challenged to gain a deep understanding of who they are, what they want, and the decisions and behaviors necessary to achieve their goals. Each week focuses on self-awareness, responsibility, and growth through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and real-world learning opportunities.

Participants will explore topics such as:

  • Personal identity and goal setting
  • Decision-making and conflict resolution
  • Emotional regulation and accountability
  • Digital literacy and career readiness
  • Health, wellness, and communication.

The program’s goal is to help youth redefine their paths, strengthen their character, and realize their potential as responsible, productive members of their communities.
