Redefining Excellence and Untapped Potential, REUP215 Youth Diversion Program serves youth ages 13–19 with the goal of reducing the number of young people entering or re-entering the juvenile justice system. Through case management, onsite workshops, and family engagement, the program provides tailored support to address each participant’s unique needs. Diversion Coaches work closely with youth to set meaningful goals and overcome barriers in areas such as education, employment, housing, obtaining vital documents, meeting charge requirements, and accessing mental health resources. By fostering personal growth and stability, REUP215 empowers young people to create positive pathways for their future.
