Educators 4 Education

About the Program

Educators 4 Education (E4E)’s Keys 2 Success Youth Mentorship Program provides both one-on-one and group mentorship services following a trauma-based approach. We offer both school and community-based mentor programming. Keys 2 Success combines career and academic development, cultural and physical enrichment, with mentorship, social services, and essential life skill workshops to provide a well-rounded youth-forward program.

The program is designed to create a supportive and nurturing environment for young men between the ages of 13 – 21 to foster positive relationships with adult mentors through academic support, emotional guidance, and personal development. By connecting our experienced team with youth, E4E aims to enhance overall youth well-being, academic achievement, attendance, behavior, and interpersonal skills. Keys 2 Success takes a data-driven evidence-based approach, helping marginalized youth achieve their individualized goals by equipping them with the tools and resources they need to achieve positive redirection.

While most programs establish continuing care at the end of their programs, we build a comprehensive service and continuing care plan for each youth beginning immediately after participant enrollment. Each plan is tailored to meet the needs of each youth over the course of the program, involving mentorship, intensive case management, academic achievement, and paid employment opportunities.
